How to lodge a Grievance?

• To lodge a grievance using CPGRAMS, visit the official portal and register or log in with your credentials.

• Click on ‘Lodge Public Grievance’ and select the relevant department or ministry concerned with your issue.

• Fill in the complete details of your complaint, attach supporting documents if necessary, and submit the form to receive a unique registration ID for tracking.
